Terms of Service

TrimSwipe is a photo-management tool that helps you review and organize your camera roll. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms of Use. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

TrimSwipe does not require an account. All data (stats, preferences) is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple handles the storage and encryption — we never access this data. You can delete all local data at any time from Profile → "Delete all TrimSwipe data".

TrimSwipe offers premium features ("TrimSwipe Pro") and consumable Trim Token packs as in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store.

• TrimSwipe Pro (subscription) — an auto-renewable subscription available with a monthly or yearly term. The price shown at purchase applies for each renewal period.
• Lifetime Pro — a one-time, non-renewing purchase tied to your Apple Account.
• Trim Token packs — one-time consumable purchases (50, 100, 200 or 500 tokens) that are used up as you trim photos.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Apple Account → Subscriptions; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple — we do not process payments directly.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

TrimSwipe requests access to your Photo Library solely to display and manage photos within the App. Photos are never uploaded, copied, or shared with any third party. You may revoke access at any time in your device settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.

The free version of TrimSwipe shows ads served by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch in exchange for Trim Tokens. Ads are provided by Google under its own terms and privacy policy. Purchasing Lifetime Pro or a Pro subscription removes ads.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, support, or any claims relating to it. Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App; in the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
